Institutional seminar on Higher Education cooperation between South Africa and Europe

Representatives of South African and European Higher Education institutions were invited to participate in the institutional seminar to discuss higher education cooperation. The programme included round table discussions, parallel sessions on cooperation in higher education and research as well as student mobility. Participants had numerous opportunities to network and to discuss common and future cooperation.

The seminar "Higher Education cooperation between South Africa and Europe" took place at the

Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront, Cape Town
Beach Road, Granger Bay, Cape Town, 8002

The seminar programme took place from 9 am to 5 pm (tbc). The networking reception started at 6.30 pm.

More than 60 European institutions, including higher education institutions, national agencies and embassies were present during the European events in South Africa in February 2016. Click here to see the list of European exhibitors during the Study in Europe Fairs in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

A reception was organised on the evening of the 17th of February to initiate networking among participants. It was a great opportunity for European and South African higher education institutions to meet colleagues and to exchange experience and information in an informal setting.

The reception took place at the Harbour View boardwalk of the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront.
