The Study in Europe Virtual Fair 2021 will provide a platform for representatives of European National Agencies aiming to meet prospective students, young professionals and parents as well as university representatives who are interested in European higher education.

National agencies will be able to interact virtually with potential higher education students in real time. Promote your national Study in [country] brand, your institutions and study programmes at a virtual fair stand. The visitors can drop by, download info material, ask questions via chat, have a video chat or watch your presentation in the auditorium.

Participation for National Agencies is free of charge.

The Study in Europe virtual fair will give you the chance to:
- meet prospective students, academics, parents and professionals who are interested in learning more about study opportunities in Europe, and
- promote your country, your institution and its study programs to a worldwide audience.

In order to give an opportunity to students from all over the world to attend the fair, it will take place in two sessions :

Wednesday 16 JUNE 2021
9:00 – 11:00 CEST
15:00 – 17:00 CEST

The booths and all information will be available for students online for at least another month after the fair.

 

European HEIs will be able to participate in other face-to-face and virtual fairs that will be organised under the umbrella of the Study in Europe project. We will inform you later about these events.

The online Study in Europe fair has the following elements:

  • ‘Study in [country] ‘ booths 
  • Auditorium
  • Lounge area
  • Exhibitor search tool
  • Feedback option

We have a FREE booth for each NAT to represent their country. Each NAT can brand its ‘Study in [country] ‘ booth with its own preferred materials. Video’s, URLs and brochures can all be shared with students. In addition we are offering each NAT the opportunity to record a short presentation (max 10 minutes) that students will be able to view on-demand in the auditorium. Communication with students in the booths is either through chat or videocall.

Study in Europe will carry out an extensive online promotional campaign and will share promotional formats with NATs as well.
