Study in Europe invites national promotion agencies to exhibit as part of the Study in Europe booth at the APAIE Conference and Exhibition, that will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 21–25 March 2027..

As exhibitor at the Study in Europe booth at APAIE you can:
• increase the visibility of your country as a study and research destination.
• make use of the booth consultation area for your own meetings and appointments.

This includes:
• A consultation table within the “Study in Europe” booth, featuring your organisation’s logo.;
• The opportunity to give a country presentation in the “Study in Europe” booth’s presentation area;
• One full conference pass per exhibitor (the number of passes is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis).

This opportunity is primarily open to all national promotion agencies from the Erasmus+ programme countries that do not have a national booth at the exhibition.
National agencies that already have their own national booth at the exhibition will be welcomed to deliver a country presentation at the “Study in Europe” booth (a registration link will be shared shortly.)

Participation in the Study in Europe booth is free of charge. However, representatives of national agencies are kindly asked to pay their own travel and accommodation costs, as costs for travel, accommodation, and daily allowances cannot be reimbursed.
